Employment transformation collective primary and secondary logos on two booklets

Accessible design identity suite for the ETC [Employment Transformation Collective]. Formed around their four pillars. To assess, train, partner, and involve accessibility partners. We created an icon that could break down to represent each and morph from a start-to-goal process. When combined, the shapes become their company symbol.

Large design identity package included a full stacked guide with over 1,000 assets for web and print. Identity expression with design intent. Colour palette with accessible contrast and colour blindness simulations. Typography styles, accessible spacing, and light/dark mode examples. Stock photos, case studies, and accessible guidance.

Primary, secondary, tertiary, and symbol only logo suite. All in solid, outline, and tactile versions. Files for web, CMYK, and Pantone print. Supporting pillar-based shapes. Custom disability symbols. Semi-custom altered free icon pack from Leonid Tsvetkov. Wallpapers with shape gradients and outline patterns.
