Jessica books 3 to 6 month in advance. Scheduling is based on health. Office hours vary, as she manages PSW [Personal Support Worker] care. Response times are around 1 to 2 business days. Weekends are for rest!
Jessica no longer takes on rush work. Reach out and she can refer colleagues! Their availability is not guaranteed.
Reach out by email, social media, or text [if she gave you the number, please no calls]. Replies are made within office hours on all platforms. Jessica sends Calendly meeting links after a request is made.
Booked Meetings: Life happens, cancellations are okay! Please inform Jess when possible. There's a 15 minute grace period for unexplained no-shows. After that time, you can reschedule for another date.
